Microsoft has announced general availability of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service MCP Server. The offering exposes more than 90 service tools to MCP-compatible AI clients — including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and Claude Code — through a governed Dataverse connection.
Microsoft has moved Supplier Engagement for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management into public preview and, in a follow-up post, detailed the Power Platform architecture behind it.
