Types of users
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is subscription-based and is available to license per user or device. Full Users have access to all the capabilities of the system while a Team Member license is only intended for users who require lightweight use of the system through designated scenarios such as time and expense approval. A device license enables multiple users to use a shared device such as a point of sale, shop floor, or warehouse device.
