For this release wave, Microsoft has numerous updates, enhancements, and new features planned to be rolled out from April 2023 through September 2023.

By ensuring that users are only providing agreed-upon services, this feature helps organizations save time and money. Examples of trades that can be used in Dynamics 365 Field Service include:

  • Landscaping
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Flooring
  • Cleaning services
  • Appliance repair

New not-to-exceed capability for work orders
